At this pay-it-forward café, which stands for “So All May Eat,” customers (gasp!) set their own prices. There’s a donation box at the counter, or you can settle your debt by working in the kitchen. The seasonal, organic menu changes daily, but always includes soups, salads, and pizzas. Best of all, the profits go to Denver charities.
