Executive Chef Carvel Grant Gould is a seventh-generation Atlantan, so if anyone understands the appetites of those genteel peach-lovers, it’s her. We love Gould’s “first flavors”—Silver Queen Corn Soup, Stuffed Crispy Quail—as much as the mains (ever tried Slow-Roasted Carolina Rabbit? you have now). And for those who can stop chuckling at the name, the Chattahoochee River provides postcard views.
