You've heard of guitar heroes, fret wizards, and axe shredders, but how about an acoustic ninja? Meet Trace Bundy, a Colorado-based finger tapper, whose karate-quick hands dance up and down the guitar's fretboard, sometimes in perfect unison, often as "dueling ninjas," the base line and melody sparring in an epic battle. A video of Trace performing his jaw-dropping version of Pachelbel's "Canon" was a hit on YouTube a while back, and loyal fans keep his shows packed and his albums on heavy rotation. We just caught Trace on the tail end of an East Coast tour, but he's got more summer dates lined up across the country, so be sure to check him out. Just watch out for flying ninja stars.
