Bond No. 9 didn't get the greatest reaction from Brooklynites for its graffiti-inspired bottle design for its Brooklyn scent. So now the company welcomes artists and amateurs to join the Brooklyn Bottle Design Competition. Got to bondno9.com for a full set of guidelines, and see if you've got what it takes to get this edgy cardamom-cedar wood scent to appeal more to those living in the borough. Designs are being accepted in oil, acrylic, watercolor, house paint, pastel, crayon, Magic Marker, makeup, and even a ballpoint pen or pencil. The winner will be chosen in April and have his or her name printed right on the bottle that will go into production immediately.
